25A- What's Next?

Existing market
  1. I think the next thing we will try doing is trying to expand to other universities.
  2. All three agreed the same thing I have been thinking and that is simply expanding to other locations after trying Gainesville as a trial.
  3. In this situation I feel for my business it may not really need more than a paragraph to explain. My business will have to obtain results before trying to go to other major cities like Orlando or anywhere where students use busses for transportation in the morning. After getting these, we will find our flaws on how we could project a higher income for the business or possibly glitches on our app. After doing so, we will try our best to reach out to schools to collaborate with their bus systems for both of us to benefit. If everything goes well, we will just expand more.

New Market
  1. Currently we are trying to be focused on B2B as this will help us get what we need initially. This would be trying to communicate with RTS to get information on their buses like location. Then we will try going to B2C by trying to appeal to the customers to get the app and use our services.
  2. This will create value for our people by simply offering them free rewards by using our app. The app will come at no cost and they benefit not only in the rewards but the transportation aspect. They will be able to get to class quicker by not having to wait in traffic a lot.
  3. Both interviews resulted in a similar question and that is marketing towards the students. This requires a lot of work but can be really worth it in the long run. Having students know the details and benefits will help expand the program a lot! They said the app will have to be very user friendly for B2C.
  4. I think I am not surprised about what I have learned. I kinda anticipated most the details I have heard just from the way society is becoming. Society is becoming way more marketing by using different platforms of social media like Instagram. Everyone now knows for the most part that a huge expense in a business can be employed and start up but most forget how much of their budget has to go towards marketing. If no one knows about the business then how is there going to be revenue??

It is more attractive just due to the fact that it may be more enjoyable. Our small team will definitely enjoy a way of trying to get college students to use the app rather than trying to get smart business people in doing business with us. Reason why is B2B would require more precise information and most likely it is only a one time chance. With B2C you can always try a different marketing strategy.
