23A- Your Venture's Unfair Advantage

  1. The ability to think through problems: Comes in handy in tough situations.
  2. I have money saved up for a business and rainy day funds for a few months to survive off: This comes in handy not getting loans for every little thing in the business.
  3. The ability to work with others: Reason why this is important is because this helps the overall atmosphere of the business.
  4. Ignoring others thoughts: I do not have the mentality to quit on something because others view it as a bad option in the sense of people saying “Idk man it looks like a hard goal.”
  5. Have good emotional control: I do not situations get the best of me in both good and bad.
  6. Have learned a lot of hard skills: Helps me on not having to pay for extra little things within the business by paying people to do tasks many people can not do.
  7. I can be consistent: It provides a better result as my body naturally can adapt to a schedule.
  8. Looking to give off a good layback culture within the business: This provides more of a vibe type of feel rather than having my employees feel like they’re just working all day.
  9. I tend to socialize with people that are likely to give me an opportunity pretty well: This gives me and my team better odds in creating success by connections.
  10. I love seeing things being built: When I say built I mean like a business starting from the bottom to eventually something. This just gives me that extra motivation in completing a successful business.

I say one of the most important VRIN is having emotional control. This goes a long way in keeping yourself at check by not doing spontaneous actions by a sudden change. This can help from firing a team member or stopping a deal with a company for a minor reason.
